Set up right outside the General Sessions. While space here is uniquely configured, it offers two full days of high-value morning foot traffic.

💡 Pro Tip from the VADA Team: All three opportunities have distinct advantages—choose what works best for your organization! Sponsors who "think outside the box" and incorporate an attractor (putting green, dart board, prize wheel, high-quality giveaway, etc.) capture the most contacts. Start prepping your activation now so you aren't pulling something out of a hat at the last minute!

How to Claim Your Space:

The best way to lock in one of these limited exhibitor spots is to register your sponsorship below. This will put you in contact with Natalie to finalize your specific booth selection and activation details.

As a sponsor, you receive complimentary individual registrations (based on tier).
At the end of the registration process, simply select "Invoice Me".
If you are registering additional guests, kids, or spouses, we will adjust the invoice and only bill you for the non-complimentary attendees.
