Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within seven days will be charged one night's room/package rate, tax and daily resort charge. If you do not show up on the first night of your stay, all activities and dining reservations for the entire stay will be cancelled. Please note the cancellation policy for holidays below. Our cancellation policy is subject to change based on the package booked and seasonal periods.

Pet Policy

Registered resort pet guests are welcome at The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa. For your convenience, we have designated a limited selection of pet-friendly guest rooms to accommodate you and your dog. Two dogs may be registered to a room, if a valid credit card is on file. Please note that our pet policy extends only to dogs. Other pets, including extreme or wild animals, are not allowed. Each room with a pet will incur a one-time fee of $250 for the first night and a nightly fee of $50 per pet thereafter for each additional night. Weight per dog should not exceed maximum of 60 lbs. The pet may not be left alone in the room for extended periods of time. If your pet is the cause of guest noise complaints, you will be asked to remove the pet and may be liable for financial compensation to those guests disturbed. Dogs are not permitted in the Great Hall, dining outlets, retail shops, spa, pool areas, or along the Cascades Gorge. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify for this exemption under ADA guidelines.

Please note that only registered resort dogs are permitted at the resort. To signify that your dog has been properly registered, we will provide a green bandana which is to be tied to the dog’s neck. This bandana must always be visible throughout your stay. A fine of $500 will be assessed to the owner of any dog not registered with the resort.

For guests with service animals, a blue bandana will be provided. This bandana is for your convenience and will discreetly indicate to our associates that your animal is a service animal and that there is no reason to inquire about the animal's presence. We ask that the blue bandana be visible when in public areas.
