We have worked hard to help update the auction experience. This webinar covered how we accomplished this by improving relevant notifications, enhancing Market Reports for pricing, providing all-inclusive Account information through My ACV, and leveling up Transportation. As always, we make these upgrades specifically for you, so your feedback is more than welcome.
Specifically, this webinar highlighted the improvements that ACV has been working on over the last several months to improve usability. Because time is money, ACV has focused on making minor, yet impactful improvements to your auction experience, including:
- Extended Auction Duration Time - introducing 2-hour auction durations
- Near Reserve Badge - indicating that bidding is hot and the reserve is close
- No Reserve Preview Lane - preview our No Reserve auctions for our Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday No Reserve Sales
- New Photo Display in Condition Reports - new photo groupings allow you to easily view the photos that you need to see instead of scanning through each one individually
