VADA is a proud partner of the VA250, established by the General Assembly in 2020 to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution, the Revolutionary War, and the Independence of the United States in the Commonwealth of Virginia. As part of the effort and events that will run throughout 2026, the Commission has asked dealers to contribute through promotion and sponsorships. Official VA250 Commemorative Partners will receive:

Recognition: Your organization will be recognized by the VA250 Commission and the General Assembly as an official Commemorative Partner of Virginia’s 250th celebration of our nation, and will be listed on the VA250.org website

Toolkit: VA250 will provide templates and materials for your organization to participate, including, but not limited to, educational materials, content for social media posts, and newsletter articles

Logo: The official VA250 logo will be licensed to you at no cost for use in customized promotional materials and special commemorative products (rules apply, licensing agreement is a requirement)

Commission Calendar: You will have the opportunity to submit your 250 Commemorative events on the Commission’s official calendar

Archived: The Commission will archive its activities for permanent public access, meaning your organization will be a part of the official archival record of Virginia’s American Revolution 250 Commission

Unity: You will be a part of the national effort to secure the future of our democracy by remembering our shared past. Together, we can “…form a more perfect union.”
